The CD should be mounted such that files do not contain version numbers,
and all names are in lower case.  The following are examples of the options
on the mount command for various machines.  The device names and mount
directories may vary between machines.


SCO:	mount -o ro,lower /dev/cd0 /cdrom
HP/UX:	mount -F cdfs -o ro,cdcase /dev/dsk/c0t2d0 /cdrom
DEC:	mount -o ro,noversion /dev/rz6c /cdrom
AIX:	- do via smit
SUN:	- automatically mounts
